These solid Carbon Fiber mirror housings are complete replacements for the entire plastic outer mirror and are not stick on covers. We designed the housing to match the shape and function of the OEM housing with fewer seams. We also book match the weave right and left to match all your existing carbon fiber trim. The results are stunning. We would like to think this is the same way Honda would have designed them is they were an option on the NC1 NSX

Like all our Carbon Fiber components, these NC1 Carbon Fiber Mirror Housings are made from 100% Carbon Fiber. We do not use any fiberglass or gel coat in the manufacturing or finishing of or parts. They are cured in a autoclave under extreme heat and pressure. This produces a part that is incredibly strong, very light and visually superior.

***Because of the detail and difficulty fitting these mirror housings and the paint match required, we ask the customer to send us their mirror assemblies and we will remove the existing OEM plastic parts, clean the inner mirror structure, fit and paint match our carbon fiber housings, then return the assemblies and extra OEM parts so the customer can re-install the complete assemblies. Note: none of the OEM inner structure is modified so they can be reverted back to stock if needed. We just use an automotive specific sealant to bond the two halves of the carbon fiber housing together in stead of clips for a more water tight seal.
